Family Photo Shoot

Photo Shoot - as in, just shoot me now!!!! Ahhh, like I mentioned, trying to take a family photo with 2 little ones is not so fun. I'm not terribly happy with any of the 30+ that we took, but have narrowed it down to these probably being my favorites (unfortunately I don't think I like any of them enough to blow up and replace our large family photo that doesn't include Gavin...maybe I'll just suck it up and do it anyway, so at least he's in it!)

Mia looking forward

VS. Gavin looking forward? Some of the not-so-good ones (there were a LOT of these to choose from!)
I was amazed I got any of Mia at all. She's really good at saying "cheese", but we need practice her looking at me for more than .05 seconds! She also does not like to sit still - EVER, but especially when there's rocks and leaves around to be collecting! But she sure does look sweet when I finally get one!
I didn't get any good ones of Gavin by himself, but Jared got this cute one of the two of us Now that's a "framer"!

Oh man, I feel your pain! But at least you captured the moment in it's truest form. My Gavin also has the problem of not liking to look at the camera, I've found that using the timer on my camera completely fixes that because he is looking at the blinking light and waiting for the beep. Just a thought...

Yay, you got some cute ones! And the ones with both kids wiggling out of your arms had me laughing. I totally love your hair by the way.

I think they turned out very cute! The wiggly ones will just remind you of this time, which goes by so fast. I especially like the one you chose to display in the top right of your blog.

Did you have a friend take those, because only a good friend would be patient like that! We have been there and it is not fun, you are right!! I love the candid one of you two holding the kids- they are so cute! I love the scenery too- just be happy that you two look good- that is important too!
I think they are all frame worthy!
