Super Stars Preschool Graduation/Program

After the kids sang us a bunch of songs they’ve learned this year, Mrs. Lindley did a quick spotlight on each child.  She shared one thing she loved about each child.For Mia she said she loved how artistic she was.  She said, “Mia is a GREAT artist, and always takes her time and takes pride in her work, and half the time her pictures look better than mine!”  That would be true!  Mia is a great artist!

Mia had a wonderful experience in preschool this year.  She continued to learn so much and her reading and writing skills have continued to improve.  Her handwriting is seriously A-mazing!  Her over all reading level right now is a 2nd grade level, but her sight word level is 4th grade!  Holy cow child!!!  That is awesome and we are so proud of her! 

But best of all, she LOVED every day of preschool.She loved getting to see her “preschool friends” each day – “who now we just call “friends” because preschool is over”…ha, ha, she cracks me up!  She loved Mrs. Lindley, she loved coming home and telling me the fun things they did.  And as a mom (not to mention former teacher) that makes me very happy!  Great job Mia!

And we are ready for Kindergarten!
